ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Job Description 

ConsoliGrant is a proprietary funding mechanism that is not credit-driven and is not available through any other lender or mortgage institution. We are implementing an expansion strategy, and we’re looking for bubbly, proactive client advocates who are passionate about our company brand and the clients we serve.

What you'll do...

  • You'll work in-house as an Account Executive to grow our brand, reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing and the Vice President of Programs.

  • You'll set your own hours and rely on your own discipline to get the job done.

  • You'll develop a team of Account Managers, oversee their training and manage their productivity.

  • You'll market our grant programs, secure clients and manage corporate accounts.  

  • You'll implement our marketing strategies, utilizing your own and acquired large social media following and/or networking circles of influence.

  • Calculate, enhance and improve corporate revenue by driving business growth and product value.

  • Develop, train and oversee a strong team of Account Managers who take ownership of the customer and the customer interface.

  • Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels, focusing on the "law of large numbers."

  • Develop and maintain a strong social media presence.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.

  • Collaborate with your team's Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.

  • Collaborate with other in-house Account Executives to share methodologies, protocols and best practices with cross-functional decision making that meets long-term corporate objectives.

  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services, pricing models, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to clients.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your team through email, online, screen share, phone and in-person meetings.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics, and clearly communicate the progress of daily/weekly/monthly initiatives to management.

  • Prepare and deliver status reports.

  • Understand and work within established policies and protocols.

 You'll bring the following attributes to our table:

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is required.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on key account management.

  • Proven track record in managing a team to meet and exceed sales quotas and deliver exceptional customer service. 

  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex client requirements and industry dynamics.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Flexibility to meet clients and to attend industry events as needed.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and/or sales productivity tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.

  • Demonstrated strong social media prowess and networking proficiency.

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and juggle multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.

  • You must be a natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.

  • You must be willing and able to work remotely with minimal guidance.

  • Multilingual a plus, but not required.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales enablement tools.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
