Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may choose to discontinue services with ConsoliGrant, Inc. at any time and request cancellation of your account by emailing support@consoligrant.com.

Cancellation Request Within 7 Days
​
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of registration will receive a refund, minus any fees or expenses made during that time on your behalf. Additionally, a 20% surcharge will be retained by ConsoliGrant, Inc. to cover administrative costs incurred in setting up your accounts. Refunds require 90 business days to process and will be returned in the same method in which the funds were paid.
Cancellation Request After 7 Days

Cancellation of our grant programs may be made at any time. However, once ConsoliGrant, Inc. sets up your account and begins interacting with your service providers (approximately 7 days), security deposits will be forfeited. No refunds will be due and no grants will be made.

Accounts that are inactive due to non-payment for a period exceeding 30 days will be considered to be in breach of contract (see Terms and Conditions) and will be closed. No refunds will be issued and the account will no longer qualify for reopening.

Request to Reopen a Previously Cancelled Account

Customers, Clients, Account Managers and Partners may apply for re-application within 30 days, at which time the previously closed account will be evaluated for reopening. After 120 calendar days, the previously closed account will no longer qualify for reopening and the Customer, Client, Account Manager and Partner will require to submit a new application.

Chargebacks
ConsoliGrant, Inc. operates with a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. In the event that a client initiates a chargeback against any fees billed by ConsoliGrant, Inc. and/or Ameritax Financial and Consultant, Inc., it will be considered a breach of agreement. Any chargeback initiated by the client will result in the immediate termination of services provided by ConsoliGrant, Inc. and/or Ameritax Financial and Consultant, Inc. The client will forfeit access to any ongoing services and/or programs, including grant programs, and no refunds will be issued for prior payments. By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree that chargebacks are not an acceptable means of dispute resolution and will lead to the cancellation of services without exception.

TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS

ConsoliGrant, Inc., in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Grant Account, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or to-be-paid grant.

We prioritize the integrity and security of our customers' accounts and information. Unauthorized complaints and concerns being raised by individuals who are not authorized to act on behalf of others will be dealt with swiftly and decisively to ensure the continued trust and integrity of ConsoliGrant, Inc.
The following Zero Tolerance Policy is in effect:
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT DISCUSSIONS: Due to the Privacy Act and to safeguard personal information of our Account Holders from being compromised, ConsoliGrant, Inc. does not and will not allow anyone to speak, transact or inquire into any other person's account. Only registered customers may speak to their account unless such authorized persons are approved by ConsoliGrant, Inc. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.
• ONLINE REVIEWS AND PUBLIC COMMENTS: Negative reviews posted online citing financial account issues and/or involving other customers are deemed a violation of financial protection laws and ConsoliGrant, Inc. policies. Our Zero-Tolerance Policy towards slander or degradation in public forums is hereby prohibited.
• LIBEL AND SLANDER: We consider any form of libel or slander against our company, our name, or our integrity as a serious offense. It undermines our mission and hampers our ability to serve our customers effectively. To protect our reputation, we will actively monitor various platforms, including social media, review websites, and public forums, to safeguard against any unwarranted attacks.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and secure environment for all our customers. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of accounts for all parties involved.

REFUNDS

Refund requests, if warranted, will be processed in 45-60 business days. No refunds will be given for security deposits or asset management fees paid during the course of any grant activity.

Assurances
​
Customers, Clients, Account Managers and Partners acknowledge and agree that all information concerning ConsoliGrant, Inc. (hereinafter known as “Confidential Information”) is of great value to ConsoliGrant, Inc.
​
Customers, Clients, Account Managers and Partners agree not to disclose any Confidential Information to any person except as expressly authorized by ConsoliGrant, Inc. in writing and shall not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than expressly disclosed functions and duties as ConsoliGrant, Inc. Customers, Clients, Account Managers and Partners.

Customers, Clients, Account Managers and Partners further agree that, during the life of this Agreement and for a period of 36 months from and after cancellation or termination hereof, you/they shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recommend, suggest or induce any ConsoliGrant, Inc. Customer, Client, Account Manager and Partner to become a Customer of or Representative for any person or entity other than ConsoliGrant, Inc. engaged in the business of marketing or selling product(s) or service(s) by means of any direct sales or network marketing.
