Option 1:

Two-Year Program

How it works:

This two-year program works for fleets, inventory, bank loans, credit cards, and ministry programs.
The Grant-to-Value (GTV) is 35/65. ConsoliGrant will pay up to 65%, and you pay 35% leaving you debt-free in just two years.
An asset management fee of $99.99 per month is required for the duration of the grant term.
You pay a security deposit equal to your mortgage payment with your application.
Following a 90-day administrative set-up period, you'll pay your regular monthly payments every month for two years through our secure bill payment system.
At the end of two years, we grant the remaining 65% of your loan directly to your lender, and your church is DEBT FREE!

Eligibility Requirements:

Matching funds (your GTV portion of 35%) will be required at the time of initial program approval.
The program is based on a minimum threshold monthly payment of $2,000 in one single mortgage or a combination of multiple debts as described in the Lifetime Membership Program.
The asset management fee of $99.99 and your security deposit are due with your application and are non-refundable. The security deposit is included in the payout of the mortgage upon completion of the 24-month program.
There is a 90-day administrative grace period after the security deposit is paid until the grant program begins and the first monthly payment is due.
Any payments missed will constitute possible removal from the program and forfeiture of all funds paid.

Option 2:

Three-Year Program

How it works:

This three-year program works for fleets, inventory, bank loans, credit cards, and ministry programs.
An asset management fee of $99.99 per month is required for the duration of the grant term.
You pay a security deposit equal to your mortgage payment with your application.
Following a 90-day administrative set-up period, you'll pay your regular monthly payments every month for two years through our secure bill payment system.
At the end of three years, we grant the remaining 65% of your debt directly to your lender(s), relieving you of any capital gains or IRS-related issues. And your church is DEBT FREE!

Four-Year Program

How it works:

This four-year program works for fleets, inventory, bank loans, credit cards, and ministry programs.
An asset management fee of $99.99 per month is required for the duration of the grant term.
The security deposit equal to two months of your total payment will be acquired over three months time.
Following a 90-day administrative set-up period, you'll pay your regular monthly payments every month for four years through our secure bill payment system.
At the end of four years, we grant the remaining 65% of your debt directly to your lender(s), relieving you of any capital gains or IRS-related issues. And your church is DEBT FREE!

Eligibility Requirements:

There is no minimum monthly payment threshold for this plan.
The asset management fee of $99.99 is due with your application.
A security deposit equal to two month's payment will be divided into three equal payments and paid in three consecutive months. This is non-refundable and is included in the payout of the mortgage upon completion of the 48-month program.
There is a 90-day administrative grace period after the security deposit is paid until the grant program begins and the first monthly payment is due.
Any payments missed will constitute possible removal from the program and forfeiture of all funds paid.
