How it works...

This works for individuals, businesses, churches and organizations
Bundle your debt... vehicles, bank notes, credit cards, utility bills, recurring debt. Minimum threshold combined payment is $1,000 per month.
Vehicles, bank notes and credit cards work the same as mortgages with 1-year, 2-year or 3-year options
Utility and recurring debt Grant-to-Value (GTV) is 15% to 50%.
- Beginning in six months, we grant 15% of your total utility payments and/or recurring debt, paid directly to your providers for the remainder of the year.
- Beginning in Year 2, we grant 25% of your total utility payments and/or recurring debt, paid directly to your providers for one year.
- Beginning in Year 3, we grant 50% of your total utility payments and/or recurring debt, paid directly to your providers, and continuing every year thereafter for as long as you live in the home.
A security deposit equal to one month of your total payments is required
You pay your regular monthly payments every month through the secured bill payment system
