Eligibility: Matching funds (your GTV portion) will be required at the time of initial program approval. The program is based on a minimum threshold monthly payment of $1,000 for individuals and $2,000 for commercial entities in one single mortgage or a combination of mortgage and revolving debts. The asset management fee and security deposit are due with the application and are non-refundable. The security deposit is included in the payout of the mortgage upon completion of the program. Any payments missed will constitute possible removal from the program and forfeiture of all funds paid.
