How it works:
This amazing opportunity is available year-round as funds permit. The process is simple:

Pick your plan (2-year, 3-year, 4-year or 5-year);

Submit your completed application with your asset management fee of $99.99 (covers up to 10 debt submissions) and security deposit (plus your 30% GTV if you choose Option 1);

After a waiting period of 90 days, your grant program begins and you'll be on the road to financial freedom!

You continue to pay your regular monthly payments, and at the end of the agreed term, we will grant the remaining debt.
Eligibility: Matching funds (your GTV portion of 30%) will be required at the time of initial program approval. The program is based on a minimum threshold monthly payment of $1,000 in one single mortgage or a combination of mortgage and revolving debts. The asset management fee of $99.99 and your one-month security deposit are due with your application and are non-refundable. The security deposit is included in the payout of the mortgage upon completion of the program. Any payments missed will constitute possible removal from the program and forfeiture of all funds paid.
