ConsoliGrant is a proprietary funding mechanism that is not credit-driven and is not available through any other lender or mortgage institution. We are implementing an expansion strategy, and we’re looking for bubbly, proactive client advocates who are passionate about our company brand and the clients we serve.
What you'll do...

You'll work in-house as a Sales Representative to grow our brand. You'll set your own hours and rely on your own discipline to get the job done.

Your job is to market our grant programs (and other programs as requested by the Executive Team), secure clients and manage corporate accounts.

You'll assist in developing the internal sales/marketing team and oversee their training.

You'll implement marketing strategies, utilizing your own and acquired large social media following and/or networking circles of influence.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics for grant products.

This position will take ownership of the customer AND the customer interface with cross-functional decisions that meet long-term corporate objectives.

Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

Present and demonstrate grant products to individuals, businesses, churches, and organizations, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.

Research, generate and qualify new leads specific to brand products and services utilizing innovative approaches to penetrate prospective accounts.

Meet quotas and clearly communicate the progress of daily/weekly/monthly initiatives to internal management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

Forecast and track key account metrics.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and grant opportunities to effectively position the company's offerings.

Enhance department and corporate reputation by exploring opportunities to add value, services and/or exceptional customer service.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, addressing client concerns and objections.
- Work closely with the internal teams, such as customer support, marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and exceptional customer service.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of grant products, their applications, and the competitive landscape.

Understand and work within established policies and protocols.

You'll bring the following attributes to our table:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade diverse stakeholders.

Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
